Keeping Up With Blogs Can Wear You Out

Blogging Research Wordle

Gee, I am beginning to realize that blogging is hard work.
I am sure my other half wishes I'd put in 1/4 this effort in bringing some income into this house!

The more people you meet, the more blogs you read, the more commenting, the more reading, the more commenting. etc etc...sort of a vicious circle. But, I wouldn't really call it vicious :-) Well, some can be, I guess. But, not most.

Everyone I run into on here has some interesting reading on their blogs. I feel like I don't have enough time left on earth to do the reading I want to do.
There are so many types of blogs. There are just crazy fun blogs with a little sarcasm thrown in like http://mejisnotes.blogspot.com/ Or http://livingdeadnursepsychoward.blogspot.com Or http://throughthicknthin.blogspot.com/ . There are very intellectual blogs( which I don't have a blog address for that, because that's probably not the kind of blog I'll spend much time on.: ) There are blogs like http://fallingofftheshelf.blogspot.com or http://fantasticbookreview.blogspot.com with actual reviews to tons of books. And last but not least, there is the crazy witty blogs with a bit of off colored language and lots of humor like http://wtit.blogspot.com . What ever tickles your fancy, believe me, there are enough blogs to keep you entertained for the rest of your blog days on earth!
After checking out the above links take a look over to the right bottom for my blog list. That should keep ya busy for quite awhile!!!!!

OH and BTW, if you stop in to check out these blogs, leave a comment and say Hi. We all like to know someone has stopped by to say Hey!

Blogging can keep you busy that is for sure. I think of it as a sort of therapy, I know just what blogs to go to when I am sad or need a laugh and on and on. I love it.

Yep, you got that right. I learned to limit myself to 3 hours daily. If I don't get to all, well, then, there is always tomorrow.

I definitely recommend using Google Reader. You can 'mark as read' the posts you've already seen and still keep track of the ones you haven't gotten to yet.

thankks Thom and thanks 3699... I tried to join google reader yesterday actually and was confused about whether it saved me info or not...reader is a bit confusing for me...so I guess I need to go read up on what it's all about

Keeping up with blogs is a full time job in itself. lol I used to read a few and then think, "I'll finish reading tomorrow". I stopped doing that because I'd had 100 more posts to read the next day on top of the ones I missed. lol
Oh and thanks for mentioning my blog!

Steph I hear ya! I started my very 1st blog just before my brother died in January. It was great because I sort of journaled and it gave me an outlet. But that began to bore me so I decided to get into a new look and new type of blog... that was just a few weeks ago...I started finding the blog games and boy, I really went in a different direction!
But I do enjoy it so much!
